Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
5 eggs
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Place sugar and flour in saucepan and mix well.
Separate eggs.
Use 4 whites for meringue; use 5 yolks and other white in custard.
Add oleo and milk.
Cook until thick.
Add coconut and flavoring.
Cool.
Place in baked shell and top with meringue.
