Oven Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onions, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.
Place meat balls in ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meat balls.
Cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
