Chorizo And Rice-Guatemala - cooking recipe

1 package Chorizo Sausage (links)
1 small can Mexican-style tomato sauce with chiles
Rice
Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, green peppers, etc.)
Preparation

Grill, poach or fry the sausage links until fully cooked. Simmer in tomato sauce for 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare rice and mix the vegetables into it. Serve the sausage over the rice and veggies.
