Zucchini And Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Crust:
    Mix flour and salt.
    Measure oil, milk and water in same cup (but don't stir).
    Pour all at once into flour; stir until mixed.
    Press into smooth ball.
    Cut in halves; flatten slightly.
    Press one half between 2 sheets waxed paper, approximately 12-inches square.
    Roll out gently to edges of paper.
    Peel off top paper.
    If dough tears, mend without moistening.
    Lift paper and pastry by top corners.
    Place paper side up in 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Peel off paper and fit pastry into pan.
    Repeat for second pan.
