German Potato Salad With Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (about 4) potatoes, boiled
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. thinly sliced cucumber (optional)

Preparation

Slice potatoes while still warm.
If new are used, slice in their jackets.
Older ones should be peeled.
Mix sugar, salt, mustard, pepper and vinegar.
Add sour cream and cucumber to mix. Pour over potatoes and toss lightly until all potatoes are coated. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Serve warm or cold.
