Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cauliflower florets
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fine red onion
3/4 c. frozen peas
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 to 4 tsp. sugar
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, diced small carrots (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate to blend flavors.
Serve cold.
