Festive Tossed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small spinach, cleaned, drained and torn
1 small red lettuce, cleaned, drained and torn
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
1 tall can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. pine nuts

Preparation

Chill spinach and red lettuce in large salad bowl.
Arrange on top the red onion, Bleu cheese, mandarin oranges and pine nuts. Toss with dressing of your choice.
Serves 12.
