Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 round steaks
    2 green peppers
    1 onion
    1 yellow pepper (if available)
    1 red pepper (if available)
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    garlic salt
    meat tenderizer
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steaks into strips.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and meat tenderizer.
    Saute until outside is brown.
    Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
    Slice onion and peppers.
    Add to steak.
    Add water.
    Cook, covered, for 20 minutes on medium heat.
