Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. commercial sour cream
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, sour cream, eggs and oil.
    Beat well.
    Combine meal and baking powder.
    Stir well.
    Pour into greased 10-inch iron skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown.
