Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Cook over medium heat (except coloring) until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like play dough consistency; add coloring.
Knead until cool.
Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated if kept in airtight containers.
