Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 potatoes, boiled, cooled and cut into small cubes
1 c. oleo, melted
1 small onion, diced
1 slice bread, diced small
1 small green and red pepper, diced
1/2 lb. cheese, cut in small cubes
1 Tbsp. salt
parsley
Preparation

Mix all in large bowl.
Pour into baking dish; sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
