Oven Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Coat fillets with mayonnaise.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley and paprika.
Dredge coated fillets in bread crumb mixture.
Place fillets on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
