Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breast
    1 medium white onion
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    2 (6 oz.) boxes long grain and wild rice (may use home cooked rice)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Bake or boil chicken; cut into bite size pieces.
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter and garlic until done.
    Cook rice per directions and stir in mushroom soup.
    Mix chicken and sauteed mushrooms and onions.
    Line bottom of casserole dish with rice mixture.
    Spread chicken mixture on rice.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
