Swiss Green Beans(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. drained, cooked green beans, sliced lengthwise
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) grated Swiss cheese
    2 c. Special K cereal
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Add sour cream gradually.
    Fold in green beans and heat thoroughly.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine cereal and grated cheese; sprinkle over beans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
