Shrimp Harpin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. large shrimp, shelled
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. mace
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. sherry
    3/4 c. slivered, blanched almonds
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Place in a 2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and salad oil.
