Sweet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sweet milk
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
