Layered Cranberry-Apple Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) lemon gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cranberry-apple drink
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce (3/4 c.)
1 envelope dessert topping mix (Dream Whip)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 large unpeeled apple, cored and finely chopped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Add cranberry-apple drink.
Chill 1 3/4 cup of mixture until partially set (keep remainder at room temperature).
Fold in cranberry sauce.
Pour into a 7 to 8 cup ring mold; chill until almost firm. Chill remaining gelatin until partially set.
