Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (5 cups)
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimento, cut fine
    dash cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Place milk in sauce pan.
    Mix together, salt, mustard, vinegar, have ready.
    Bring milk to steam stage, do not boil.
    Add cheese to milk and stir with a wooden spoon until it melts.
    Add vinegar mixture, pimento, and pepper.
    Let cool, place in a jar and refrigerate.
