Cheesy Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Mix flour, milk, cheese, butter, baking powder, sugar and salt to a soft dough. Gently smooth the dough into a ball on floured board.
    Knead 10 times.
    Divide dough in half.
    Roll half the dough into rectangle 12-inches long and 8-inches wide.
    Mark and cut the rectangle lengthwise into 8 (1-inch) strips.
    Fold each strip in half and seal.
    Twist strip into pretzel shape.
