"Dump" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 large can cherry pie filling
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts
    2 sticks margarine, cut into squares
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dump in the pineapple; spread around the pan.
    Spread the cherries on top; sprinkle the cake mix on top of the fruits.
    Add the nuts on top.
    Place squares of margarine on top of them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
    Serves 8 to 12.
