Lobster Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can lobster (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 lb. butter (no substitutes)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sherry
    add salt or seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Add milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
    Add lobster and sherry.
    Serves 4.
