1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. apples, shredded
1/2 c. chopped roasted pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1 egg
