Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 heads lettuce
6 large celery sticks
2 pkg. scallions (white and green)
6 large tomatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 large bag frozen peas, thawed
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Chop first five ingredients and layer in order in large bowl, lettuce on bottom.
Spread peas on top layer.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together and spread on top like frosting.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and top with bacon bits.
Serves 20.
