Pepper Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. fennel seed (or less)
    3/4 c. oil
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Melt yeast in lukewarm water and mix well.
    Let rise (cover) for at least 2 hours.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 or 500\u00b0 oven.
