Prudence Island Baked Stuffed Clams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium size quahogs
    2 medium onions, diced
    1/4 c. olive oil, butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. stuffing or bread without crust
Preparation
    Wash and scrub quahogs well.
    Place in pot to boil with enough water to cover.
    Remove from shells and chop.
    Reserve some quahog juice.
