Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. broccoli, frozen, chopped
1/2 C. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 C. sour cream
1 bag cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 C. onion, chopped
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, onions and egg. Put broccoli in a long baking dish that has been buttered. Pour mixture over top of broccoli, then sprinkle with cheese. Crumble up the Ritz crackers and put on top of cheese. Slice butter and put on top of crackers. Can be covered with plastic wrap and let sit overnight before cooking. Bake 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
