Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar (granulated)
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped
    powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch with foil or waxed paper. Grease.
    Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
