Yeast Rolls(Makes 36 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast to 1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald 1 cup milk.
    Add shortening.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs and 1/2 cup sugar. Add salt, cool milk and shortening.
    Add yeast dissolved in water.
    Stir in flour.
    Let rise for 4 hours. Refrigerate, then divide into 3 balls.
    Spread soft butter on it. Cut into 12 wedges.
    Roll each roll out side edge into point. Place on a cookie sheet.
    Let rise for 4 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
