Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 lemons
previously baked pie shell
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Moisten the cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water.
Boil together the remaining water and sugar.
Add the moistened cornstarch and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly; add the grated rind and strained juice of the lemons, also the beaten egg yolks.
