Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 shredded cabbage
    2 shredded carrots
    1 sliced celery stalk
    1 small sliced onion
    1/2 bell pepper, sliced
    1 squash, sliced
    1 zucchini, sliced
    10 fresh broccoli florets
    10 cauliflower florets
    any vegetable (optional)
    salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
    Turn on electric wok or use a large skillet.
    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of light oil.
    Put all vegetables in wok or skillet. Add salt or seasoned salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    Stir vegetables for approximately 5 minutes (10 minutes if you like them softer).
    Remove and serve.
