Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh or frozen fish fillets (suitable for baking)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. onion (green or white)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    garlic
    parsley
Preparation
    In baking dish, microwave all ingredients, except fish, on High for 1 minute.
    Add fish to dish.
    Spoon sauce over.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, rotating once, if necessary, or until fish flakes with fork.
