Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 small cans tomato paste
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 small carton sour cream
    1/2 carton cottage cheese
    5 oz. noodles, cook and drain
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Add water and tomato paste to meat and cook 2 hours.
    Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese and add a little salt.
    Put half of noodles in casserole.
    Cover with cheese mixture, remaining noodles and all meat mixture on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
