Texas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs and sour cream.
Mix until moist.
On stove, heat to boiling point the margarine, cocoa and water.
When mixture starts to bubble, take off stove and pour into first ingredients while stirring.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
