Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. sliced green onions
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Boil potatoes; cool and cube them.
Set aside.
Cook bacon and crumble.
Mix all ingredients together except olives and bacon. Put in baking dish.
Top with olives and bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
