Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hot peppers
    5 onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    14 large red apples
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. whole spice
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    stick of cinnamon
Preparation
    Grind 2 hot peppers and 5 onions.
    Add salt.
    Add boiling water.
    Let it stand 15 minutes; drain.
    Add apples that have been chopped with the skins left on and cores removed, vinegar, sugar and a cloth bag with whole spice, cloves and cinnamon inside.
    Cook 10 or 15 minutes.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
