Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. cashews or peanuts
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 c. cauliflower, sliced
3/4 c. carrots, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Preparation

Combine oil, garlic, onion and mushrooms in a microwave-safe casserole.
Microwave on High, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir in cauliflower, carrots and pepper.
Cover with lid and microwave 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Stir once.
