Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French onions
Preparation

Combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can of the onions.
Pour into a 1-quart baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
