Baked Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. catfish fillets
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Dip fillets in salad dressing and place in a single layer, skin side down, in a baking dish.
Combine chips and cheese and sprinkle over fillets.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
