Creamy Curry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. reduced-fat Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. chutney
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 thin pork chops (1 1/4 lb.)
    1 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. golden raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Puree water, Ricotta, 1 tablespoon flour, chutney, curry and salt in food processor until smooth.
    Dredge chops in remaining flour.
    Heat oil in nonstick over medium heat.
    Add chops.
    Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Transfer to serving dish. Pour off fat from skillet.
    Add curry-Ricotta mixture and raisins to skillet; boil, stirring 2 minutes.
    Serve with chops.
