Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box jello (any flavor)
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    pecans
Preparation
    Cook pineapple for 15 minutes on low.
    Remove from heat.
    Add jello.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Add buttermilk and Cool Whip and mix with mixer until well blended.
    Add pecans.
