Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. dates, chopped
    3 c. fresh apples, chopped fine
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix together flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, apples, dates and nuts.
    Add to other mixture.
    Grease and flour pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a tube or Bundt pan. If you freeze cake, use only 1 1/4 cups oil.
