Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes, grated or riced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate or rice potatoes.
    Pat dry with a paper towel.
    Mix rest of ingredients together.
    Heat skillet to medium-high heat; add oil to coat.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonful.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Turn and cook 1 minute longer.
    Serve immediately.
