Grandma'S Low-Fat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shredded, grated Mozzarella cheese
    12 oz. bag egg noodles
    8 tsp. diet margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of oregano
    pinch garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    16 black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Saute margarine, onions, pepper and celery.
    Then add turkey, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic salt, sugar, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, mushrooms and olives.
