Pilaf Stuffed Chicken Legs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. currants
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
8 whole chicken legs (thighs attached)
Preparation

Saute onion and uncooked rice in mayonnaise until onion is tender.
Blend in the curry powder and currants.
Stir in broth. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Let cool.
