Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. shortening
dash of pepper and garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Brown chuck. Add other ingredients. Roll in tortillas and bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
