Tumis Sayur Buncis Daging(Skillet Beef And Beans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. tender beef
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. fresh green beans cut (French-style)
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    3/4 c. liquid (juice from mushrooms and water)
Preparation
    Cut beef in strips; brown in cooking oil.
    Add onion, beans, celery and mushrooms.
    Cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly or until beans are crisp-tender.
    Combine soy sauce and cornstarch with liquid.
    Add to skillet mixture; cook and stir until liquid has thickened and is shiny.
    Serve with white rice.
    Serves 4.
