Oriental Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Roll pork in flour and brown in oil over low to medium heat. Drain.
    Set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients and add to pork. Pour into greased long casserole dish and bake, covered with aluminum foil, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
