2 English muffins
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
Split the muffins in half by piercing them around the edges with the tines of a fork and prying them apart gently.
Place them, split sides up, in a shallow baking dish.
Spoon the spaghetti sauce onto the muffins, spreading it to the edges.
Top each muffin with a slice of cheese.
(Trim the cheese slices so they're the same size as the muffins, otherwise cheese will melt all over and make a mess.)
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is browned slightly at the edges.
