Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 sticks oleo or butter
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Boil five minutes; remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
    Beat down.
    Pour over popcorn that is on a sprayed large cookie sheet.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Store in plastic bags or Tupperware dish.
