Soft Pretzels(Snack) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. each: whole wheat and white flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water; stir in salt and sugar.
    Add 4 cups flour; mix well.
    Turn the dough onto a floured surface to knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Pull off walnut-sized chunks and roll into snakes.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    To make shiny pretzels, beat an egg and brush onto pretzels.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
